Jeff’s role is to foster an atmosphere that reflects the high standards and character of the property. Jeff ensures
that all residents, both owners and tenants, receive exceptional customer service and support, whether they visit the office in person or whenever they contact the office by phone for information or assistance. Jeff is also responsible for overseeing the fair and consistent enforcement of the House Rules by our security team, without discrimination or favoritism, regardless of anyone’s status or position. Additionally, Jeff works diligently to manage expenditures within the approved budget, and he is committed to supporting and caring for our staff on a daily basis.

Ilaisa was promoted from her position supervising the residential security team to the Liliuokalani Office Manager. Ilaisa’s personality, charm, and can-do spirit makes her the perfect person to provide exceptional customer and assistance for everyone who stops by our office.
