Benjamin Bryce is a Naval Officer and is serving his first term on the LG BOD. With a background in operations, leadership, and project management, he brings a strategic and service-driven mindset to the board. Benjamin is deeply committed to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and preserving the unique character of our Waikiki community. As both a resident and investor, he advocates for policies that enhance property value, improve livability, and reflect the spirit of aloha. He believes effective governance starts with clear communication, responsiveness, and doing the right thing—even when it’s hard.

Vice President

Having previously served on the LG BOD, Curtis brings a strong understanding of the property and the LG community.  Curtis, an avid sportsman, has also volunteered to carve out some time to head up the Grounds Committee.

Aina Racoma brings a unique blend of experience in both real estate and technology to the Liliuokalani Gardens Board. As a homeowner and dedicated member of the community, he is focused on smart, strategic decisions that protect and grow property value. Aina’s background gives him insight into market trends and innovative solutions that support responsible property management. He is passionate about transparency, fairness, and modernizing systems to improve quality of life for all residents. Aina approaches his role with professionalism and heart, always advocating for the best interests of his neighbors and the future of our property.
