Place a standing order for AC Service
• Quarterly AC Service is a requirement.
• Leave us a key.
• Place yourself on the "standing order" list.

Leaving us a key allows for:
• Access if you lock yourself out.
• Worker access when you are out.
• Access in emergencies without a locksmith.
Keys are kept in a locker in the office indexed to your apartment number.

Assistance Animals must be registered within 48 hours of arrival on property
• Please refer to House Rules.
• Provide the office with all paperwork by your third day at LG.
LG is a no-pet property. Documented Assistance Animals must be approved by the Board of Directors

Please carry rolling items when on carpets
• Including; bikes, scooters, boards...
• Exempted; wheel chairs, rolling walkers, carts or dollies when moving.
Unreasonable levels of soiling on carpets may result in a cleaning fee.

CW Shutdowns for CW Valve Replacement
• 30-days in advance.
• Check with office re: Shutdown fee.
• Fee is split between participants.
Working CW valves are necessary to perform various types of AC service.

Please help keep elevators running:
• No jumping or jarring movements.
• No touching doors.
• No holding doors open.
Service calls resulting from elevator misuse are billed to the party involved.

AC overflows are a common source of water damage.
• AC drainpan overflows can be avoided with regular quarterly service.
• AC Service is provided for free. Check the website for the schedule.

Only the following are allowed in stalls:

There are only two places for lockboxes:
• On the rails on the bike cage in the garage.
• On your door knob.
Only garage lockboxes need to be registered.

Our insurance agent; Insurance Associates will set you up in their system so that each year they will automatically send out the necessary documents to your mortgage lender.
Mopeds, Bikes, Surfboards & Lockboxes need a registration sticker.
• Mopeds, bikes, lockboxes, surfboards, items in storage lockers, etc. will soon be removed if not registered for 2025.
If you haven't put your registration sticker on your bike, moped or lockbox, please do so ASAP.

Leave the Office a key to your apartment
• For emergencies.
• When you lock yourself out.
• When you lose your keys.
• When you want us to let someone in.

CHECK THE LOST & FOUND BOX
We may have your item in the Lost & Found.
Please check with the office or ask Security.

- Don't place non-food items in the oven.
- Don't place items on the stovetop.
- Don't smoke in bed.
- Don't leave candles unattended.
- Don't have candles near flammable items.

Acceptable items in parking stalls:
• Vehicles
• Other means of conveyance (bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, etc)
• Vehicle can't stick out more than 24" beyond lines.
• All other personal effects should be removed.

Animals at LG must be registered
• Legitimate Assistent Animals are allowed.
• All Assistence Animals must be registered within 48hr.
• Accommodation request approvals are made by the LG Board of Directors.
• Prescription letters must be updated annually.

• Play TV or music no louder than necessary.
• Avoid making noise after dark.
• Respect quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
• Close your door quietly.

The Keiki Love to Feed the Fish
Come to the office for Fish Food.
If the office is closed you can ask Security.
Please don't feed anything but official fish food.

Use the "CleanPay Mobile" App to:
• Pay for, & start washers and driers
• Check washers & drier availability
• Be notified when your laundry is done
• Remember which machine is yours

THE WET & MUDDY SEASON IS HERE
1. Don't walk in the mud before entering the building.
2. Wipe your feet before entering.
3. If your shoes are dirty, take them off or wear shoe covers on the carpets.
4. Don't roll dirty wheels on the carpet - carry your wheeled device if necessary, or use wheel covers when on the carpet.

Water usage is a significan expense at LG. Please help us conserve water by:
> Maintaining toilet valves so that toilets don't run.
> Repairing any leaks or dripping faucets.
> Use water-saving showerheads & plumbing fixtures.
> Turn off water when brushing or soaping, etc.

BE SURE TO SHUT OFF THE WATER
Many costly leaks happen when units are left vacant. To help avoid this please do the following:
1. Shut off the water valves under your kitchen sink.
2. Shut off the water valves under the bathroom sink.
3. Shut off the water valve behind the toilet.
4. Shut off the water to your refrigerator ice-maker or water dispenser.
5. Turn OFF your Air Conditioner.

Reduce plumbing backups by:
• Minimizing debris down disposal.
• Only standard TP down toilet.
• Use enzymes periodically.

Oahu eletricity costs are up over 35% from last year. Please help us conserve electricity by:
> Turning lights out when your are not in the room.
> Turning lights out when you leave the apartment.
> Turning the AC off when you leave.
> Not unnecessarily wasting hot water.

Please leave a key with the Resident Manager for use in emergencies. We have a secure lockbox in the office to keep your key secure.
In cases were it is necessary to gain entrance to a unit due to flood or other reasons, and no key is available, if necessary, we will call a locksmith and invoice the apartment owner $150.

ARE AVAILABLE TO BORROW
Just ask Security if you wish to borrow our flat-bed cart, wagon or handtruck. We ask only that you return the item as soon as you are done and that you not remove it from the property.
